To some, wine is simply an alcoholic beverage... that is, until you experience your epiphany. Each bottle of wine is an ever-changing art form. Although it is delicious, there is so much more to wine than its unique taste-something wonderfully complex about the process of creating and tasting that has been challenging humans since nearly the beginning of time. Good wine is good wine, but everyone at some point in time has their epiphany bottle. It does not have to be the most expensive bottle or the least expensive, but rather a product of the people around you, the atmosphere, the occasion, the meal, and, of course, the sip. At Epiphany we are creating that perfect evening for experiencing wine-a night of tasting the great wines of the world, tailored for you and your unique group at a private loft. The tasting features seven wines, with emphasis on some of the great and lesser-known wines around the world. Epiphany has many options for your next tasting. We can conduct a sampling of seven-world class wines or deliver a full tasting menu of seven small courses prepared by your own private chef paired with seven wines. The ultimate dining experience. Dagan
Informed by international wine travels and fine dining establishments, Dagan Koffler is the quintessential wine professional. Koffler worked as sommelier at Alto, Del Posto, and Otto restaurants, which boast extensive and dynamic wine lists. Prior to individually selecting the perfect wine for guests at these renowned New York City restaurants, Dagan was involved in many facets of the wine industry. While studying wine at Sonoma State University, he spent seven months in Italy absorbing intricate cuisine, rich culture, and diverse wine. Upon return he became Wine Educator for Sebastiani Winery. Following his pursuit for knowledge, Koffler relocated to Franciscan Estates in the heart of Napa Valley where he worked with distinguished wineries Ravenswood, Quintessa, Simi, Estancia, and Veramonte. In 2003 Koffler traveled to South America to further enrich his understanding. He visited the regions of Tarija, Bolivia, Casablanca, Chile, and Mendoza, Argentina. A stopover in Chile presented him with the opportunity to work as Wine Educator for a cross cultural winery, Veramonte. Through extensive travel and wine-specific exploration, he has gained experience and knowledge of the world's great wines and their regions. With the desire to share his passion for wine, Koffler has launched Epiphany wine tasting.

Basic wine tasting consists of selection of seven wines including champagne or sparking equivalent, two white wines, three red wines and a dessert wine with a assortment of artisan cheeses. We can accommodate up to 60 people. Pricing starts at $75 per person. Please view sample menu: Sample Tasting
